3. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@inlightpublishers.com with the subject line "Refund request". Include your name, the journal and manuscript number or order number, the date and amount paid, the transaction reference, and the reason for the request.

4. Processing Time

We acknowledge requests within 3 working days and decide within 10 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 15 working days of approval. We are not responsible for charges or exchange-rate differences applied by banks or payment providers.

5. Waivers Are Not Refunds

Requests for a fee waiver or discount must be made at submission, before payment. A waiver cannot be applied retrospectively as a refund.

6. Editorial Decisions

Refunds are handled by the publisher's office and have no effect on editorial decisions. Requesting a refund does not affect how a manuscript is reviewed.
