Article Processing Charges
KRJEL is open access, so there are no charges to readers. To cover peer-review management, editing, typesetting, DOI registration, hosting and long-term archiving, an article processing charge (APC) applies only after a manuscript is accepted. There is no fee for submission or review.

The APC covers one article of up to [number] typeset pages. Printed copies are optional and charged separately
Waivers and discounts. Authors may request a full or partial waiver at submission if they:
- are based in a country classified by the World Bank as low-income, or
- are students without research funding, or
- can show genuine financial hardship.
Waiver requests are decided by the publisher's office, not the editors. Whether a fee is paid or waived has no effect on the editorial decision.
Refunds. The APC is not refundable once an article is published. If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, up to [75%] of the APC may be retained to cover work already done. If the journal cannot publish an accepted paper, the APC is refunded in full.
