Article processing charge (APC)

• KRJBM charges nothing to submit or review a manuscript. The APC is requested only after acceptance.
• Full refund if the APC was paid by mistake before acceptance, or if the journal cannot publish an accepted article.
• Duplicate or excess payments are refunded in full.
• Withdrawal after acceptance but before publication: up to 75% of the APC may be kept to cover editorial and production work already done. The rest is refunded.
• No refund once the article is published, or if it is retracted because of author misconduct.

How to request a refund

• Email admin@inlightpublishers.com with the subject “Refund request – KRJBM”.
• Include:
  • your name and manuscript or order number
  • the date and amount paid
  • the transaction reference
  • the reason
• Timeline:
  • We acknowledge requests within 3 working days.
  • We decide within 10 working days.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 15 working days.
• Bank charges and exchange-rate differences are not refunded.

Please note

• A fee waiver must be requested at submission. It can’t be claimed later as a refund.
• The publisher’s office handles refunds. Asking for one has no effect on how a manuscript is reviewed or decided.
