Why we use it. To manage submissions and peer review, communicate with authors and reviewers, publish articles, register DOIs with Crossref, deposit content with indexing and archiving services, process payments, and improve the website.

Sharing. We share data only as needed for these purposes: with editors and reviewers, Crossref, indexing and archiving services, our hosting and payment providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Published information. Authors' names, affiliations, ORCID iDs and the corresponding author's email appear publicly with each published article.

Retention. Submission, review and publication records are kept for as long as needed to maintain the scholarly record and meet legal obligations.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the privacy contact above. Data that forms part of the published record may not be removable. We respond within 30 days.
